With an extensive experience in public private partnership contracts, regulatory compliance, and project risk assessment, having successfully advised numerous clients in their PPP transactions, Parul has worked with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored legal solutions that align with their strategic goals. She is particularly adept at handling matters related to blacklisting of contractors, party defaults, contract management, tender disputes, contractual disputes and arbitration. She possesses substantial experience of project finance having advised consortiums of lenders in large project finance transactions. She routinely advises her clients on commercial contracts, corporate law and dispute resolution.
Parul Kashyap
Parul is passionate about the subject of sustainability and climate change. With her domain knowledge and expertise, she actively advocates building of climate resilient infrastructure in India.
Parul received her LL.B from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. She has also completed her a short course on Law and Sustainability from Smith School of Enterprise & the Environment, Oxford University, 2023.

Manu is an Advocate with twenty years of experience. He specializes in litigation, arbitration and pre-contentious support. Manu has rich experience in advising clients on varied legal issues arising from – constitution law, white-collar crimes, commercial disputes, insolvency & bankruptcy, labour& employment, taxation, civil disputes, recovery matter, environment law and others.
He has a reputation for his robust advocacy and sound litigation strategy. Manu has been a part of many notable cases including the 2G trial and the associated proceedings under anti money- laundering law, the CWG scam investigation, and Biocon’s generic drug dispute. He has represented Essar Group in a Rs. 2100 crore recovery proceedings and advised a UK Charity on legal issues arising under the Foreign Contribution Act.
