Parul is an accomplished legal professional with close to two decades of experience of having worked in the infrastructure sector across big ticket projects like roads, ports, highways, airports, healthcare, power, renewable, leisure and real estate. She has over the years, advised government authorities, concessionaires/bidders, funds, lenders and multilateral bodies on various aspects of infrastructure projects ranging from, transaction advisory, contracts, regulatory framework, international treaties, project finance, tender advisory, and disputes.

With an extensive experience in public private partnership contracts, regulatory compliance, and project risk assessment, having successfully advised numerous clients in their PPP transactions, Parul has worked with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored legal solutions that align with their strategic goals. She is particularly adept at handling matters related to blacklisting of contractors, party defaults, contract management, tender disputes, contractual disputes and arbitration. She possesses substantial experience of project finance having advised consortiums of lenders in large project finance transactions. She routinely advises her clients on commercial contracts, corporate law and dispute resolution.

Parul is passionate about the subject of sustainability and climate change. With her domain knowledge and expertise, she actively advocates building of climate resilient infrastructure in India.

Parul received her LL.B from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. She has also completed her a short course on Law and Sustainability from Smith School of Enterprise & the Environment, Oxford University, 2023.

Jalaj Srivasatava – Advocate and Company Secretary

Location : New Delhi

Jalaj Srivastava is an advocate and qualified Company Secretary. He has 25 years of experience in handling company law, corporate law, securities law, FEMA, NCLT & DRT matters, fund raising, deal structuring, formation of joint Ventures/ subsidiaries/downstream subsidiaries, drafting and negotiation of shareholders/investment agreements and all other legal compliances and handling/conducting of due diligence, large ticket deals involving funding by FIIs, VCs, FIs and strategic investors, restructuring/merger/demergers , appearance before NCLT/High Court/Regional Director, handling of shareholders /ownership disputes involving oppression and mismanagement. Jalaj has advised a multitude of domestic and foreign clients during the course of his career.

Manu Yadav - Of Counsel

Manu is an Advocate with twenty years of experience. He specializes in litigation, arbitration and pre-contentious support. Manu has rich experience in advising clients on varied legal issues arising from – constitution law, white-collar crimes, commercial disputes, insolvency & bankruptcy, labour& employment, taxation, civil disputes, recovery matter, environment law and others.

He has a reputation for his robust advocacy and sound litigation strategy. Manu has been a part of many notable cases including the 2G trial and the associated proceedings under anti money- laundering law, the CWG scam investigation, and Biocon’s generic drug dispute. He has represented Essar Group in a Rs. 2100 crore recovery proceedings and advised a UK Charity on legal issues arising under the Foreign Contribution Act.

Manu is a 2004 law graduate from University of Delhi and began his professional career at Allahabad High Court. He worked with L&L Partners Law Offices (formerly Luthra & Luthra Law Offices)in its dispute resolution team. He has also acted as the Head of Litigation for Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and its group companies. He worked with Mr. Aman Lekhi, Senior Advocate during the latter’s term as the Additional Solicitor General of India at the Supreme Court.

Deepak Lad - Advocate

Deepak Lad is an advocate with 17 years of experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Deepak has significant experience in representing clients in various domestic and international arbitration matters. His areas of practice include civil as well as criminal litigation pertaining to writ jurisdiction, arbitration litigation, RERA, testamentary matters, commercial disputes, consumer laws, and foreign exchange and SEBI Regulations. Deepak completed his LL.B from K.C College, Mumbai and is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
